Frequently asked questions

Can I hire a caregiver for just 1–2 days?

Daily hire has a minimum of 3 days at 1,800 baht a day for a 12-hour shift. If you need ongoing care, a weekly or monthly arrangement is easier to plan.

We live outside Bangkok. Can we hire a caregiver?

Yes. Caregivers at home are available nationwide, and our staff will tell you the travel cost for your area before confirming.

Can I see an estimated price before calling?

Fill in the service request and price estimate form and our staff will call to confirm, or see the full price list.

How do I choose between a 12-hour and a 24-hour shift?

If your parent sleeps through the night, one caregiver on a 24-hour shift is often enough. If someone needs to be awake to help often at night, use two caregivers on 12-hour shifts. Read more about choosing care shifts.
