Stays through the whole wait
A public-hospital visit often takes the whole day. Our staff handle toilet trips, meals and medication timing and watch for falls throughout — the patient is never left waiting alone.
The doctor's instructions written down
Older patients rarely recall everything the doctor said. We write down the instructions, medication changes and the next appointment date and send them to the family straight after the consultation.
Dialysis and scheduled procedures
For patients attending several times a week we assign the same staff each round, so nothing has to be explained from scratch every visit.
Sitting in the hospital room
When the patient is admitted but the family cannot keep watch, our staff cover the shift — assisting with daily needs, observing the patient and coordinating with ward nurses.
Choose the right level of staff
If assistance and daily needs are the requirement, a trained caregiver is enough; if vital signs, tubes or wounds need watching, a registered nurse is the right choice.
Escort and sitting rates
Escort is charged per visit, and the fee covers a caregiver who stays with the patient the whole way, from pick-up at home to the return — not just a drop-off. Can you sit overnight at the hospital?
Yes — via a 24-hour shift or a rotation that suits the family. It is the usual choice for working families with nobody to swap with, and night is when changes most often go unnoticed.
Can you cover dialysis three times a week?
Yes, and we recommend the same staff each round so nothing needs re-explaining. For several weeks of regular sessions we quote a continuity rate, which is lower than booking each visit separately.
